5. Our services

The information on this website is provided for general guidance and to describe what we do. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a binding commitment on our part. Any engagement between Rsolute and a client, partner or team member is governed by a separate written agreement that sets out the specific scope, terms and expectations for that relationship. In the event of any inconsistency, that separate agreement takes precedence over the general information shown here.

While we take reasonable care to keep the information accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy or reliability of the content, or that the site will be available without interruption or free of errors. Any reliance you place on the information is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rsolute will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect or consequential, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this website, or your reliance on any content on it. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

8. Third-party links

This website may contain links to third-party websites or resources that we do not control. These links are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, products, services or practices of any third-party site, and the inclusion of a link does not imply our endorsement. You access third-party sites at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

9. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our privacy notice, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information. Please read it alongside these terms. You can view it at our privacy notice.
