Privacy Policy
How Rsolute Inc collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit this site or get in touch with us.
Please note: this policy is a template prepared for a concept demonstration site. It is illustrative only and should be reviewed and tailored by a qualified legal or data protection professional before any real-world use.
Who we are
Rsolute Inc ("Rsolute", "we", "us" or "our") is a face-to-face sales and marketing agency based in Singapore. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website, in line with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (the "PDPA"). If you have any questions, you can reach us at hello@rsoluteinc.com.
Information we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and to understand how this site is used. This includes:
- Enquiry and contact-form details. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company (if you provide it) and the message you send us.
- Analytics and usage data. With your consent, we collect information about how you use the site, such as pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location, device and browser type. This is gathered through cookies and similar technologies and is governed by Consent Mode v2, so nothing is collected until you agree.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information, such as IP address, request time and browser user agent, which helps keep the site secure and available.
How we use your information
We use the personal data we collect to:
- respond to your enquiry and stay in touch about a possible partnership or role;
- provide, maintain and improve this website and the services we offer;
- understand which content and campaigns are useful, so we can make them better;
- keep the site secure and protect against misuse or fraud;
- meet our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.
We will only use your personal data for the purposes we have told you about, or for purposes you would reasonably expect and that are permitted under the PDPA.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies and tag-based tools to measure performance and, where relevant, marketing. These tools may include Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and the Meta pixel. All of them are consent-gated and set to denied by default under Consent Mode v2, which means they stay switched off until you choose to accept.
- Necessary cookies keep the site working and remember your consent choice. These are always on.
- Analytics cookies help us see how visitors use the site. These load only after you accept.
- Marketing cookies help us understand campaign performance. These also load only after you accept.
You can decline non-essential cookies at any time using the consent banner, and you can clear cookies through your browser settings whenever you wish.
Sharing and third parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run this site and our business, and only to the extent they need it. These may include our website hosting, analytics and communications providers. Where we engage such providers, we take reasonable steps to ensure they protect your data to a standard consistent with the PDPA. We may also disclose personal data where required by law, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety or property.
International transfers
Some of our service providers may store or process data outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA.
Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes set out in this policy, or for as long as we are required to keep it to meet legal or business needs. When it is no longer needed, we will take reasonable steps to securely delete or anonymise it.
Your rights under the PDPA
Under the PDPA, you have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and how we have used it;
- request a correction of personal data that is inaccurate or out of date;
- withdraw your consent to our collection, use or disclosure of your personal data, subject to legal and contractual limits.
To make a request, please email us at hello@rsoluteinc.com. We aim to respond to every request within a reasonable time and, in any case, in line with the PDPA.
How we protect your data
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we work to keep our protections appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for adults and for business enquiries. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology or the law. When we do, we will revise the date shown at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page now and then, so you stay informed about how we protect your data.
